The journey to a more beautiful me is more appropriately described as a Beauty Sojourn
I finally realized that after a 20 year esthetic profession that involved aesthetic recovery, service to the plastic surgery industry and at 64 it was time for me to become that sexy and confident senior!!
Why did I wait so long ??
I think the answer is found in what I experienced in a professional capacity working with patients
the wrong ideas or expectations and lack of information was heavy on me.
First and for most the Surgeon that I am directed to must be a breast reduction specialist . I may even consider a TT tummy tuck if recommended
Well ,I must be honest, I am looking for a real transformative experience and to be pampered and well cared for out of country..My other reason for leaving is my husband would be the worst person to support me in my recovery. I prefer to go away for a few weeks .a makeover getaway

Self assessment can be a beast! I can hardly believe what I see in photos
I am not body dismorphic I never weigh myself
or have I been working so hard not to look?? Ugh menopausal weight .I had gained so much around the middle and my breasts were loosing elasticity
As of June 2021 working out has been solved the habit has become ingrained
I go to Pure Barre 5 days a week and I do yoga on the beach 2 evenings
I follow the blood type diet for 0 which makes me more of a Paleo I am not restricting calories just have to watch the breads I just ordered their weight loss supplements and regulate hormones through them.
